Is the role of CLO transferable to the UK?
As a UK head of learning and development, subscriber of CLO magazine (for 4 years!), and current MBA student; I am in the process of interviewing a number of CLOs for my MBA project / dissertation.
My project title is:
"Is the concept of chief learning officer as practised in the US, transferable to the UK"
So far I have interviewed three CLOs, but am looking to speak to many more, with a series of questions aimed at finding out whether the CLO role is transferable and if there is a clear consensus / definition of the role a CLO performs in the US?
If anyone out there is prepared to be interviewed (in the next few days / weeks)– by phone (taking around 30 mins) – please contact me asap!
I would really appreciate any offers and would be more than willing to share my findings!
