Are You Using Web 2.0 tools for Corporate Learning?

At the beginning of this year I started incorporating tools such as wikispaces and sharepoint sites into my learning design to capitalize on informal learning. After seeing the powerful impact it has had on our programs, I am convinced that web 2.0 tools are going to become our primary learning tools in the near future.
