One of my personal achievements in 2009 was that I read a lot of books. One of them was “The Greatest Salesman in the World” by Og Mandino. I loved the way he presented it - in 10 simple secrets. Do you think that these secrets really work? Do you have “Secrets” of your own that helped you in your journey to success? I have shared the excerpts from the book in my blog http://www.commlabuniversity.com/blog/the-greatest-salesma… Continue

I wonder if we can give the ol’ storyboard a ‘makeover’? I think ‘MS Word’ is by far the most extensively used in developing online course storyboards. Connie has a very useful section, “Storyboards for eLearning” on her site for those who wish to pick up some tips. Can we come up with a tool that offers all the better features? Talking forward our discussion “Is there any end to learning? It was gratifying to see that all the successful people believed that in order to be successful and grow; you should adopt a habit of Life Long Learning. Here is a list of books and audio CDs that I completed this year. http://www.commlabuniversity.com/blog/reading-in-2010/ Can you help me compile a list of Books and CDs that I should study this 2010?

Did we learn anything new about learning this year? Our personal discoveries, our ‘aha’ experiences about what promotes and hinders learning would be wonderful to share at the end of the year. I learnt that humility, teaching and silence enhance learning, whereas ego retards it. Can SL change the way product training or sales training is done now? Will its three dimensional (3D), visually intensive and information rich learning environment offer us a powerful medium to address these critical training needs? To add value to this discussion, here are my views http://blog.commlabindia.com/elearning/product-training-born-as-second-life
