I am a local government OD practioner and part of a three member self-directed work group. We are part of the City Manager's Office but serve as internal consultants for the entire organization. I am responsible for the organization's strategic direction for organizational learning. This includes establishing partnerships for the development of leadership and supervisory training and working with our HR Learning and Development Division in developing and delivering organizaitonal training. My background includes a degree in history and secondary education and a Master's degree in Mass Communication. I have been a process improvement and strategic planning facilitator within the orgnization prior to joining this office. I am a certified William Bridges Trainer for Leading Organizational Transition and recently completed Linkage's Change Master Facilitator Certification.
