I have run the WebCampus Division at Stevens since 2003, which is to say I have been involved in projects that cut across operations, instructional design, information technology, assessemnts, marketing, sales, and strategic planning. My division coordinates the efforts of over 150 faculty, dozens of administrators, clients, vendors, and strategic partners in the delivery of over 150 graduate courses in engineering, management, and computer science. Last year we had nearly 5000 enrollments and accounted for $12 million in tuition revenue -- or about 25% of all graduate revenue for the school. It's as demanding as it is fun. In my spare time I am pursuing a PhD. My topic is "Managed Learning in Large Organizations," so I'm very interested in talking with others about how they run their learning shops.
